Come, join the heard.
A 75-minute online gathering for the woman who wants to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and explore how listening needs both a story and an audience.
We’ll begin with love, ask what it means to listen, and make room for the stories that shape how we connect with ourselves and others.
You do not have to be a writer. You can write, listen, make a list, draw, remember, or simply sit with one good question.
You’ll leave with one story you are listening for in yourself and one simple way to connect more intentionally with someone else.
Wednesday, September 23
Two online sessions:
6:45-8:00 p.m. Eastern

A six-week online circle for women who want to listen to their lives, practice connection, and remember that their voices matter.
The Heard Circle is connected to my book-in-progress, One of the Heard, and grows from one simple belief: listening takes both a story and an audience.
Over six Wednesday evenings, we’ll explore how we love, how we listen, the roles we play in our families, friendships, workplaces, and communities, and what it means to practice connection with more intention.
This is not a writing class, therapy group, or another thing to perform. You do not have to be a writer. You do not have to have the answers. You just have to come curious.
Each week will include a short teaching, guided reflection, thoughtful conversation, and a Listening Menu with options to read, write, draw, notice, practice, or simply sit with one good question.
You’ll also receive a printed reflection notebook and a small heart block in the mail before we begin.
Dates
Wednesdays, October 14-November 18

Come spend a day around the table.
No homework. No pressure to have the answers. Just good conversation, thoughtful questions, and space to think.
We'll slow down long enough to notice where we are, understand ourselves a little better, and choose one meaningful next step.
Not a conference.
Not a workshop.
A day around the table.
from 8:30-2pm in Scottsdale, Arizona
You won't leave with a notebook full of ideas.
You'll leave carrying:
one new way of seeing yourself
one intentional choice,
and one practice to carry into your everyday life.
Is this for me?
Yes! This day is for the woman who thinks she doesn't have a story.
For the woman who has spent so much time caring for everyone else that she's forgotten to pay attention to herself.
For the woman who longs for thoughtful conversation, meaningful connection, and a little space to breathe.
You don't have to be a writer.
You don't have to have the answers.
You just have to come curious.
Wherever you're starting, you're welcome at the table.
Every person, project, and business has a story.
Sometimes we simply need someone to help us hear it.
Whether you're building a personal brand, writing a book, navigating a life transition, or trying to put words to what matters most, I'll help you uncover the story that's already there—and tell it with clarity and confidence.
Our conversations are thoughtful, practical, and deeply personal. Together, we'll discover the threads that connect your experiences, your values, and your voice.

Private Listening Sessions are guided conversations for women who want to slow down, listen to their lives, and make meaning of the stories, roles, relationships, and transitions they are carrying.
This is not therapy, counseling, or a writing class. It is a reflective conversation rooted in love, listening, and story.
You might come because something is changing. You might come because you feel a little disconnected from yourself. You might come because there is a story you keep circling, a relationship you are trying to understand, or a next step you want to hear more clearly.
You do not have to be a writer. You do not have to have the answers. You just have to come curious.
Sessions are available for one person or for two people who want to listen, reflect, and tell stories together.
After you register, I’ll reach out so we can find a time that works.

The strongest teams don't begin with norms. They begin with relationships.
Before writing norms or setting expectations, take time to understand the people in the room. This one-page reflection helps teams explore strengths, communication styles, recognition, feedback, and current capacity before deciding how they'll work together.
