Work With Me
Stronger instruction.
Deeper connection.
A school where people belong.
I partner with school leaders and communities to strengthen teaching and learning, build relationships, and move meaningful goals forward.
Whether you’re looking for a thinking partner throughout the school year, an assembly that brings students together, or practical ways to build connection across your school, we’ll begin with what your community needs.
-
A thinking partner for a semester or school year.
Leading a school means holding a long-term vision while responding to what needs you today. Coaching creates time to think through decisions, work through challenges, and keep instruction and your goals in view.
Our work begins with your priorities. Together, we can:
Strengthen instructional leadership and support for teachers.
Connect professional learning, feedback, and everyday decisions to school goals.
Build connection and belonging among students and staff.
Address the relationships, routines, and expectations that shape school culture.
Turn goals into manageable actions, assess progress, and adjust along the way.
Through regular coaching conversations, we’ll connect reflection with the work happening in your school.
Semester and school-year partnerships available.
-
Give students a chance to see one another differently.
Stories can open a conversation. Shared experiences can help students discover connections they might otherwise miss.
I work with schools to create assemblies and interactive experiences around connection, belonging, and the ways we show up for one another. Each experience is shaped around your students’ ages, your school’s needs, and what you hope they carry into their classrooms and relationships.
An assembly can stand on its own or begin a larger effort, with follow-up activities and opportunities to keep the conversation going.
-
Make connection part of everyday school life.
Relationships need opportunities to grow. Working together takes practice. Belonging develops through the experiences people have with one another over time.
Through my Set the Table Framework, I help schools create practical opportunities for students and staff to connect, contribute, collaborate, and belong.
We can work together on:
Staff workshops and professional learning.
Student connection and teamwork experiences.
Facilitated conversations and school retreats.
Practices that bring connection into classrooms and staff teams.
Ongoing support as your school puts ideas into practice.
We’ll choose a starting point that fits your community and build from there.
What I Bring
At Arizona State University, I teach future educators and explore how connection, engagement, and teamwork shape people’s experience of learning. My research on belonging informs my Set the Table Framework, which turns those ideas into practical tools for classrooms and teams.
My experience spans education, nonprofit leadership, and corporate communications—including work at Eddie Bauer and T-Mobile. Across those settings, I’ve helped people communicate, learn, and work toward shared goals.
I bring that experience into a partnership built around your school. We’ll ask useful questions, work through challenges, and connect your goals to the everyday decisions and practices that move teaching and learning forward.
Additional Ways to Work Together
I also take on select communications and organizational projects for schools, nonprofits, and businesses, including messaging, storytelling, employee handbooks, onboarding guides, and learning resources.
If you have a project in mind, I’d welcome a conversation.
