Veteran Story Time
Mondays at 2 (MST)
$2
Veterans Story Time is a weekly online gathering created specifically for Veterans who want to explore, shape, and share the stories that have shaped them.
Each session offers a supportive space to reflect on your experiences—whether you're writing for healing, legacy, public speaking, or simply to be heard. We start with a story-focused prompt and then dive into practical tips on storytelling: how to structure your narrative, bring moments to life, and connect deeply with your audience. You’ll receive guidance on what to include, what to let go of, and how to find your voice in the process.
You don’t need to be a polished writer or speaker to attend. You just need the courage to show up—and a willingness to try. These sessions are about honoring your story, your way. Whether you speak it, write it, or listen quietly while others share, you’re welcome here.
We ask for a $2 contribution each week—just enough to help you commit to yourself and your story. But if that’s a hardship, don’t hesitate to reach out. We’ll always make room for you.
Come as you are. Speak when you’re ready. Your story matters.

Supporting Tweens & Teens with Emotions
Wednesdays at 12 (MST)
$13
Supporting Tweens and Teens is a three-part online lunchtime workshop series designed for busy parents and caregivers who want to strengthen their relationship with the adolescents in their lives.
In this season of rapid growth, emotional highs and lows, and shifting identity, tweens and teens need steady connection more than ever. But knowing how to show up—without fixing, hovering, or pulling away—can be hard.
Each 45-minute session offers practical tools rooted in emotional literacy, connection-based parenting, and real-life experience. Together, we’ll explore how to support your adolescent’s development without losing yourself in the process. You'll learn how to recognize emotional patterns, respond instead of react, and create a safe space for your teen to be seen and heard.
There’s no prep required—just bring your lunch, your questions, and your heart. Expect real talk, real strategies, and a judgment-free community that gets what it’s like to parent through the tween and teen years.
Show up, learn something new, and leave feeling more confident, connected, and supported.

One 90-minute session per month via Zoom
Gentle prompts and powerful questions to spark clarity and growth
Private community access for ongoing support between sessions
This is your time to pause, process, and take the next step forward—surrounded by women who get it.
